Should I try to talk to her?

Hi :)

Theres this girl i really like, im british she's german. I have only spoke to her twice quickly in person but i had a big conversation on facebook with her on facebook and it turns out we like similar music (rock). We exchanged a few youtube links etc and spoke about Germany and Britain, Launguages, Berlin etc. Her English is very good and i have been learning german for 5 years so i know a fair bit.

Anyway yeah i really like her and whenever we are near each other in college i always feel this awkward tension between us idk if its just me coz i like her alot. I can never seem to man up and go and talk to her though haha. I always feel as if I should but I always think is she thinking 'oh great its this guy again' or does she want me to? I could just casually ask for some german help next time she is alone but again i dont know. Its not the actual talking to her that im worried about, its just walking over and saying 'hi' or 'mind if i join you' etc its sooo awkward :( What should I do?
