Some people are oblivious to how tactless and offensive they can be with their opinions and negative judgments.

If the opinions are hurting someone or causing mental or physical damage,are age inappropriate,racist,sexist or malicious towards someone or some object then it is not wrong to press against the person giving opinions but if they are appropriate opinions and you don't want to hear to them you can directly tell that person to stop or just ignore if it is to irritating or persists

No, it would be wrong however to force them not to.
Some things are wrong and some things are wrong to say. Some opinions are correct and some are wrong. Spreading lies and misinformation is wrong and such things should not be expressed. God however has allowed humans the freedom to make their own choices as long as those same ones recognize they will be held to account for what they say and do.

Its Ok to disagree and to explain that some over-the-top opinions are best kept to themselves.
