I run 10 km everyday, I refrain from unhealthy food, my diet is good, but people around me warn me a lot but I can't stop, I have been doing this since 4 years, its like an addiction to me, I m weighing 74 kg, my body metabolism is very slow, but in this period I have developed lot of endurance Alhamdullillah, I now can take up the pain sufficiently as compared to past, m I on right path?????

Eat healthy and exercise is what everyone should do, those that say you should not do so because they are lazy and don't want you to make them look bad.
There are many people in the world that do this and it certainly makes you feel better.
You are on the right path.
