Trying to lose weight, but I'm gaining?

Okay, so I run cross country. I run about 5 to 6 miles every day, I drink LOADS of water (like 80 ounces a day), and I'm eating breakfast, a snack or two, and dinner. My dinner is pretty large while my other meals are normal or small. I have no idea whats going on!!!! I'm 5'6, 125 pounds. I used to be 110 pounds. It isn't muscle that I've gained, cuz I'm fatter than before. Please help! And does anyone know what an ideal weight is for me? I'm a 14 year old girl.

Guided meditation is a practice which you can use and learn to normalize and control your weight. It can significantly improve your fitness and body image. You can check it out here: http://payspree.com/9769/Soccerfan631 For more information, visit http://mountainsangha.org/guided-meditations/

It is likely that you are building leg and core muscles. You need to check your level of calorie intake though. You may be consuming more than you are burning
