Quick question, have/has?

Should it be has or have in this sentence? Also, does the sentence sound good otherwise?

I have a higher education diploma with specialization in Graphic Design and Web Technology, which "has/have" given me good knowledge in several programs from the Adobe software library: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Elements and DreamWeaver.

It's "has" because the verb has to agree with "diploma" which is singular.

The bigger question is "What is a 'higher education diploma'"? Do you have an AA from a community college, a BA from a 4 year school or a certificate from a trade/tech school? Be more specific, please.

You're trying too hard. Try this:

I have a higher education diploma with a specialization in Graphic Design and Web Technology, I have a comprehensive knowledge of and am experienced with several programs from the Adobe software library:........

The "good" in "...good knowledge..." was really bothering me:-) "Comprehensive" fits better.
