2. How can I make termites attack and kill it ?
3. If I apply engine oil to its trunk and immediately below the trunk, will it kill it ?
4. If I apply sugar mixed with water on the trunk and branches then will the ants kill the tree ?

"Secretly" just sucks, smacking of sneaky and quite likely illegal. Grow a pair, and get a little help up front to assess the problem, as you've made no case that that tree is the cause of your problem. In a few peoples' back yards, it could even get you shot. Meanwhile - any tree in the area, and not a few mature bushes, can have really big root systems - if that's even the problem - so back up and be careful, as you may want to live with the neighbors a bit better.

Try root rot and a rusted nail driven into the tree but if the tree is not yours you can be sued or arrested FYI. Best of luck

Why do you have to be secret? That is a perfectly reasonable reason for the tree to be cut down.
