They are clearly not Christian.

Probably mostly Christians seeing as how the overwhelming majority of Americans are Christians.

Being a Christian doesn't automatically make you Christ like. The Mafia was full of practicing Catholics that ironically wore gold crosses around their necks as they murdered people, Goodfellas style.

My guess. Christian. Or, well, probably raised Christian but now non-practicing. But still identifying as Christian.

Why?

It's just an educated guess, based on heuristics and probability.

First, 71% of Americans are Christian...so odds are at least 71% of these kids are Christian.

Second, in my city, in the neighborhood where these attacks have occurred are predominately African American and Hispanic. And 88% of African Americans are Christian, and 90% of Hispanics are Christian.

Just playing the odds.

A person may claim any affiliation but it is one's actions that determine one's religiosity. Hitler claimed to be a Christian but his life demonstrated the actions of an Atheist.

Well considering that all prisons are full of theists, i would have to guess they are pretend fake believers of god like all believers are!!!
