Im getting a treadmill on sunday?

Will I lose weight quickly if I run 2hours a day?

    You'll lose weight (fat) if you consume fewer calories than you burn...diet is 80% of that (what you eat, not being ON a diet) and exercise makes up the rest...

    Eat clean for starters...that along with exercise, will be great...

    Don't run 2 hrs/day...mix it up...doing the same thing every day will lead to your body becoming accustomed to it (thus getting better at it) and you won't get as good of a result after while...not to mention, excessive cardio tends to result in muscle loss (and you want muscle tissue!!!)...

    Vary your runs from day to day...the duration AND intensity...steady state cardio is less effective for calorie burning that intervals or HIIT (high intensity interval training)...2 or 3 days a week, add some weight lifting/strength training to your program...

    If you're just starting out then yes. You will lose weight. but eventually your body will become accustomed to this daily trend and it will become more difficult, that is if you stick to this for a long amount of time. My advice would be to change it up every so often. you can do a long run at a steady pace for one week and the next maybe do some fast anaerobic workouts like sprints. the best way to lose weight is to do things that your body isn't used to. Keep it surprised haha. Change it up

    If you are a male who normally does not work out then yes. But then again; if you do not work out regularly 2 hrs is a big goal plus it is my personal exp. that if you have treadmill at home u loose interest quickly ( or may be its just me.)

    Slide a little trampoline under your couch in addition to pull it out for Residence of Cards marathons.
