    Being able to see or visualize what you are reading and hearing your voice is what creates the story into your mind.It`s like a trance that takes place in the subconscious mind that leads you through a memorable story making it believable .In some stories beliefs can be changed by the readers perceived belief being changed by reading some one else's ideas.

    Of course it is! The point of reading in your head is to hear yourself read but silently. If you read without any voice in your head, you wouldn't remember anything you "Read" and you would just be looking at words.

    No because most people have no idea what their voice actually sounds like.
