You need to see a doctor to find out if you really have OCD. If you do, Inositol and St. Johns Wort are available without a prescription and may help you. Once you do go in for a visit, ask about an SSRI and tell him about any over the counter meds you are taking. St Johns Wort will interact with many prescription meds so make sure you tell your MD about that.

I don't think it's OCD, personally with my experience of it. Wait til you see a therapist because it sounds to me like you need one. With my OCD, I do repeat back what other people say in my head very often if not all the time, but it manifests itself in me that I have to have a complete set of something or I can't have it at all. If it's broken, I have to fix it. If I can't or if it can't be fixed, I have to throw it away or I'll have a panic attack. If I organize something, it has to be perfect or I just can't organize it at all so I let it be messy. Sounds like to me that it's not OCD, but maybe another disorder. Like maybe you're a hypochondriac.
