Is it possible this irritated my sinuses?
Yesterday, I worked security for ISU vs. Kansas out in the blistering cold for a consecutive 9 hours...
When I got up this morning, my sinuses were just real sensitive.. and eventually I got a sinus-headache, though now its subsiding...
Was it the cold air that irritated me?.. I just can't think of anything else...

..what else? Your body isn't used to be outside for 9 hours in the cold, so most probably you will start sneezing and maybe catching a flu or cold.
So if you caught one you might try some old home remedies to get rid of it fast.
What you can do if you really caught an cold is eating an self homemade chickensoup and get yourself a hot bath with all ingredients inside against an cold.Than drink a n hot cup of fruit tea with 2 small spoons full of honey inside and go to bed.
Most probably you're sweating a lot in that night but in the morning most of the symptoms should be gone..
