Can you see colors in the dark when you turn of the lights like speckles?

Well one of the questions is there and the other question is can you also slightly see them when your eyes are open and there's a light on i can see them a bit on anything when my eyes are open and i wanna know if its normal feel like im freaking out for nothing

    If it is after looking at a bright light, then turning it off or looking away, then it is just because the retina was overstimulated and is recovering. If you mean just in general, yes, there is still a minuscule amount of light in the room or entering your eyes even when they're closed, so you might see "speckles" of different light being reflected. This is normal. It's like if you took a photo in the dark, it might be a little more blurry (aside from the darkness) just because the light information isn't enough to create a clear picture, but it is still there (and your brain/eyes still register it).
