No1 is the only possible interpretation for that sentence as you have written it. But it would be a crude and very direct way to ask, no female would respond well!

For a tourist trip you might say "You could take a ride with me around the city".

You can ride a horse, you can ride a bicycle (or 'on a bicycle'), you can ride in a car. But if you 'ride a female' you have sex with her. That would be a male boast to his male friends after he had 'ridden' her.
