How to get more ankle strength?
I'm a ballet dancer. I have really good arches (when I have someone stretch my feet, my toes touch the floor) but when I point my toe myself, sometimes it looks bad because my foot is working, but it doesn't bend enough at my ankle because I don't have the strength there. At least that's what I think the problem is. Is that what's probably wrong or is it something else? Are there any exercises to get stronger ankles? And if its not about ankle strength, what is it? I would appreciate any help anyone has. Thanks in advance!

spell the alphabet with your foot (rehab center use this), do releves and then do them on a stair case where your feet can move up and down and you will see a difference.
