Mental health PLEASE HELP!! :(!?
anxiety i dont wanna be around people dont wanna go outside i have repeated thoughts the number 6 keeps reminding me of the devil and it scares me i also have to breathing.obsession where i get aware of my.breathing and i cant stop thinking about it and i feel like i have to control it.it really scares me feel like imma stop breathing and then i get anxiety the whole day im thinking negative thoughts and i feel like ill never escape please help me i feel like ive lost my life im so sad i also feel like my brain is always looking for new triggers to trigger bad memorys or thoughts and i cant stop thinking negative and its making me depressed and sad i havent been able to see a phycatrist and and.its taking very long its very hard.i dont know what to do please:(

Getting professional help is definitely a good idea. I hope it happens soon.
Here's what you should definitely not do. You should not try to solve the problem by drinking alcohol or taking illegal drugs. Smoking marijuana probably will not make you feel any better, and it may even make you feel worse. Smoking tobacco is not good for you of course, but if you're a smoker you don't have to worry about it right now. Careful with the coffee. Too much will make you nervous and make getting to sleep at night difficult.
You should be careful in getting along with people. At this time, you may be afraid that people are watching you and talking about you behind your back. Well people have a right to talk, and it may be that if they talk about you it's because they're concerned about you, not because they want to do you any harm. Also, when someone acts a bit strangely, people will wonder if this person might be dangerous. That's human nature. Be a gentleman and show that you mean no harm and everyone wil be happier
Form the habit of examining every scary thought that occurs to you. Whenever you have a scary thought, ask what evidence there is to support it. If there is none, get rid of it.
Find time to relax, really relax. A warm bath can help. Anything that has a nice smell will relax you, Lie on your back, close your eyes, and picture a peaceful place, like a warm, sandy beach in early June. You might want to listen to some quiet music. like smooth jazz.
One way to make yourself nervous is to rush around when you don't have to. Suppose I want to make myself a sandwich. I get up and go to the kitchen, getting out of my chair without hurrying and walking softly because whenever I hurry, that tenses my muscles. Before I open the fridge, I think about what I want. I notice that I forgot to take out the garbage, which bothers me, but I take a few slow, deep breaths and remind myself that it's a minor problem. While I'm making the sandwich, I do everything carefully. If I feel any tension in my muscles, I relax. I get a radio station with music that will please me while I eat, just the right kind. I sit down and eat the sandwich slowly, enjoying every bite. You can find many uses for this method in daily life.

Hi ! Very sad to know - you are loosing on hope ! why what for ? what is the problem ? You do not seem to have any serious disease or any kind of mental disorder , you seem to be educated - as you have explained yourself so nicely ! So , why should you ask such a funny and irrelevant question ! I am sure you must be believing in some GOD - pray to HIM ! Do affirmations for yourself - "I am perfectly allright !" " There is nothing wrong with me - and if it is , it will become OK " , at least 100 - 200 times a day. Discuss your problems with someone you can trust , your friend or someone at home . Do enough of exercise , take nutritious food - it could be due to some deficiency ! Read good books - which bring you closer to a happy life. Know your weak points and try to recover - you can only help yourself ! Count on your blessings and forget what you do not have ! There is no Devil - it is only imagination ! No. 6 is also number of Jupiter - the planet of wisdom and happiness !
Keep yourself busy - in some creative work and Be Thankful to GOD for giving you such a valuable life ! All the best !
