What does the new update for iPod touch 4th generation do?

Does it make the sreening layout look like the iOS7? (if so, I don't want it. I want people to wish they hadn't upgrated after most people have the new look and I still have the old one. It will seem "new and different" even though it's "old". I like different. [haha, probably not, but it's worth a shot]) Sorry for the background information.

    No, it just fixes an issue with FaceTime. Its still iOS 6.
