Call the diagnosing physician back for help. You could be adding to your woes by imagining something which isn't real. Spend time with yourself in a natural setting like a nature trail. Take a camera or sketch pad. Use your senses to tell you if what you see and feel is real or not. If you see it and feel it, smell crunching leaves or flowers, then, accept that it is real. Taking a stroll mentally in the other direction serves no purpose. Your doctor can help you with an Rx. also, your mind isn't helping with terrible messages. Tell your mind that everything is real and to be quiet. Keep repeating it. Argue until your mind gives up trying to bother you.

If you're serious, I would go to the hospital
