I've lived on the border of both countries, and much prefer visiting Canada. Love Canada!
Of course I've never been to Mexico City, only Juarez, which is not representative of Mexico, or so I'm told.

I live in Canada, but haven't seen much of the country yet. I'd love to see Montreal, and some coastal areas.
I'm not really interested in Mexico.

Canada.
I think Mexico would be more fun, but it's too dangerous for my tastes. 113 American tourists have gone missing/died there in the last decade. I don't want to be number 114.

I've been to both already. I'd take Mexico just because of Cancun and the ruins. Not to mention the food is WAY better.

Mexico. Canada's culture is too similar to America's and it would be refreshing to experience something new. And I always wanted to learn Spanish and their dancing! Its so sexy.
