Half Italian Half Dominican and i'm pale white?
This has been in my head for a long time, everyone says I look italian cuz of my name and skin, italians are white of course. I mean there are white Dominicans as well. Everyone thinks Dominicans are all darker color and black, but my dad looks like a pure latino but most of his family are complete white. There are several times that I been considers half italian and half spanish from spain. So would I be considered more italian or more Dominican looking? Or something else even?

Depends, if your Dominican side is Jewish, Arab then you would be only part White and part brown since italians are not white

It's perfectly possible and normal for someone to have less active melanin... which in turn is responsible for lighter skin. The more activity your melanin has, the darker your complexion is. Different levels of eumelanin and pheomelanin determine the "under tones", which is why a tanned European guy has a different skin tone than a Filipino guy.
I mean Dominican isn't a race (seems you already know that), but when you say your Dad is "Latino" looking, what does that mean? Latino isn't a race either.
Anyway... look at these people, they all have light skin, but are mixed racially. Most are Latin American, but if you look at there facial features they're not "European" looking - http://d.yimg.com/hd/answers/i/fea09c88f38b41f4936...
So the only way to answer, "So would I be considered more italian or more Dominican looking?" is for you to post a picture...

I don't know... I know that my boyfriend, who is Puerto Rican, is ALWAYS getting told he's not Latino or he's a white boy because he's pale white with reddish blond hair. So people do have a stereotype of what you have to look like to be Latino, even other Latinos. You probably could pass for either Dominican or Italian.
Tony up there is dumb... Dominicans can be pale white people and so can Puerto Ricans (like my bf). Idiots of all races think you have to look a certain way to be whatever nationality.
