I got badly sunburnt with blisters, what can I do?

So I went to warped tour wearing a singlet and I only applied sunscreen to my arms. I got badly sunburnt on my arms, face and back where the singlet was open. It's been two days and the skin is still quite hot to the touch, and the back parts and shoulders have developed blisters. It's also really painful all over the burn areas. I rub aloe vera into the areas but it looks like it just evaporates, cause after about 10 minutes it's gone. I'm not sure if it was evaporated or sunk into the skin. But is this serious? Should I see a doctor?
