How do I prove how much money son in maw makes?
My daughter needs to determine how much money her husband makes for child support. She doesn't even know if he has a job. They don't live together and he tells her nothing.

Curtis, have you daughter apply for services with her state child support agency. (No divorce is needed to get a child support order.) The agency will get son-in-law's - and daughter's - incomes through two sources: an inquiry sheet sent to each individual; and a variety of records the agency has access to, including state employment security, IRS, etc.
It's what we do.

You should stay out of this as this role is not your place and best left to legal professional. If you really want to help daughter, pay for an attorney for her.

Well... she should divorce him, and take him to court, then he has to present paystubs and stuff.
