How do I prove how much money son in maw makes?

My daughter needs to determine how much money her husband makes for child support. She doesn't even know if he has a job. They don't live together and he tells her nothing.

    Get a lawyer to ask for his salary by writing to him or his employers, or the tax people. If she is married to the guy she must have a legal right to know this as you are supposed to share assets in a marriage.

    She sues him for child support and lets Family Court figure it out......THEY determine how much he is to pay out, not your daughter.

    You don't. The courts will subpoena his tax returns. And once you have those, you will have an address for him.
