What is the best diet plan for 14 year old girl?

I'm 5'3 and weigh 47kg. I plan to decrease my weigh for about 45 or 44kg. I want to get rid of my chubby face and baby fat in my stomach. My thights are also big (it's big as my 2 palms) and my calves are a bit too big too. It looks like it contains a lot of fat. Thank you :)

    I don't think you should go on a diet because you weigh 103 lb and your 5'3-that's underweight. If you don't think you look beautiful it won't matter if you change yourself because your always going to find something that you won't like about yourself. Just keep in mind that you're human not perfect. But to answer your question, if you are trying to diet- DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Many girls think that starving themselves are the only way they can lose weight but starving yourself slows down your metabolism (meaning your body wont process food as fast and stores up more fat). I also read somewhere that anorexia can lead to obesity. And bulimia ruins your teeth (because when you throw up your stomach acid screws up your teeth) .

    Eat small but healthy food. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day you should eat 5 small meals. Some suggestions that I have are: for breakfast you can eat a medium sized bowl of (healthy) cereal or some low fat yogurt with fruits and for lunch you can eat whole grain bread with some fat free or low fat cream cheese. Veggies are also really good for you. Do not eat junk food! Such as chips and candy bars, its loaded with calories.

    EXCERCISE! Exercising is really good for you. If you don't like to go to gyms and stuff than jog or walk. Jogging helps you lose calories and walking helps you lose fat. If you have to go somewhere walk instead, you can stay healthy and save some money.

    Hope this helped you but remember don't go on a diet because what other people think of you, do it because you want to stay healthy. if you're going to live by other people's standard of beauty- you'll never think that your beautiful. And your 14, go out and have fun instead of worrying about what you are eating!

    Start eating salads and fruits and also run outside about 30 mins

    Or longer each day or aleast 3 to 4 times out of the week

    Don't diet, you're 14. If you really think you need to lose weight then exercise is the answer for someone your age.
