Why are people so concerned about a team that may lose money? (NHL)?
It is like you take it personally and it is coming out of your own pocket. Perhaps you would be happier if there were only 6 NHL teams and supply and demand made ticket prices 200$ a pop?
Hockey wasn't an instant success in many locales....it took awhile for LA to be legit ;)

I didn't know that was a big case in the NHL. From my understanding the NHL is growing and hockey is a bigger sport in the USA than basketball
