Well, buddy, there's this thing called "guilt" - there is also a thing called "reason" or "conscience" - basically it lets you know that it will cause you severe intrinsic pain if you kill someone unjustly, just as any other act that is wrong. They don't have rights, and neither do we. Every person on earth has done something that pretty much gives them a right to death. Now, we ought not be killed or kill. It is best to build up with compassion rather than destroy with anger and "perceived justice"

This would only play into their hands. Every terrorist we behead would be an advertisement for more Muslims to step forward to become martyred and gain immediate entrance to paradise and their 72 virgins.

The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were attractive enough Muslims to encourage martyrs for Allah. Let's not provide them with more propaganda to fuel their vicious cause.

Children are even taught to desire martyrdom. Do not kid yourself into thinking that Muslims will not respond to martyrdom by infidels.
