A mostly raw food diet is best. Whole foods, little or no junk food, little or no refined or processed food, little or no sugar and limit the fat to a reasonable amount, with especially limited saturated fats, except for coconut oil, which is very healthy. I have these in my fridge almost all the time. Read and learn about eating raw foods. Replacing flour and sugar with nuts and dates is one of the smartest things people can do for their health. I also make raw crackers. When I revert to more cooked foods (holiday time), I put on weight.
