Integers are positive and negative whole numbers including zero.
So, the inequality is saying, "What integers are greater than or equal to -4 but less than 5?"
So, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4

All integer values, n such that n is greater or equal to -4 and less than 5
these integer values are -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4

It means find whole numbers that are greater than or equal to -4 and less that 5 at the same time therefore the answer is : -4 -3 -2 -1 0 1 2 4

n is equal to or greater than - 4
n is smaller than 5
so n values can be -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4
