Acne problems. I'm a girl btw?

Hi. I'm 16 years old, I have really bad acne, I've probably tried everything under the sun & the little zits, & blackheads won't go away. It's gotten worse lately. They've spread to my cheeks & my forehead. When I only used to break out on my nose and chin and under my nose. I've realized that my face gets worse when I have a orgasm, but my face is naturally oily. So it doesn't help. I don't really eat rather healthy, & I have a lot of stress in my life that I can't really get away from. I live with the stress. And I would want to like some tips to get rid of my acne. Or reduce it.
