What supplements do you add to your smoothies?

I'm already adding flax seed, chia seed, and bee pollen to my shakes, but I'd like to add other health giving supplements. I know I'm getting most of the vitamins I need with my diet, but I believe there are other excellent natural supplements or herbs I can add to enhance my health. I'm 53-years old, and male, if that makes any difference.

    I use acci berry I'm sure that's how you spell it. It's great when your drying to lose weight and it's very tasty too it comes in a liquid for or tablets not very expensive either if you live in the UK you can pick it up from Holland and Barret. Hope this helps :) It also can help with the digestive system so good for just keeping healthy

    Food supplements ae a waste of money. eat a balanced diet and get enough sun exposure for your vitamin D requirements and you won't need supplements. Don't fall for the marketing hype and don't listen to the nuts who think they are nutritionists.
