How do I report a security breach in Yahoo Answers?

Not a security issue at all...When questions are in voting the answerers name are not shown so that voting is based on the actual quality of answers not who answered.

Sadly it is a flawed premise.

Questions are in voting for 2 days. If at the end of those 2 days there isn't an answer with a majority vote as Best Answer it will stay in voting as Tiebreaker until 1 answer gets the most votes. This can be weeks, months or even a year or more.

There is a No Best Answer vote as well (only in voting) and if that wins the majority vote then the question is deleted and the asker gets the 5 points back it cost to ask.

That's not a security breach. That is simply how the site works. Answers during voting are anonymous. Once voting is over, the names will again be revealed.

They aren't going to do anything about it, because things are working exactly as intended.

During voting, users are kept anonymous in order to prevent unfairly biased voting. Their names will appear again once the question is resolved.

When a question goes to a vote

all names are removed except for the askers name'

As someone who has answered over 7000 questions, I am surprised that you have never before noticed that the answers are all anonymous when they are in voting!
