Where can I buy a foreign power converter offline?

I purchased a few lights from Hong Kong that have a foreign plug. (110-240V input) I have to have them up by the 14th and need to know if there is a place I can purchase a power converter offline like Lowes or Staples?? If not, is there a way to wire the power adapter I have to a stripped cord?

    Cut the supplies plug off and attach your own to fit.
