how do you pull up a customer care form in new format?

The format to contact customer care has changed and despite clicking " my issue does not appear in this list" a customer care form does not appear.

Is there an alternate method of reporting a bug direct to Yahoo! besides the groups feedback forum?

Echo, what we group owners really need, and perhaps you can help us advocate for this, is a place to report bugs and glitches. I personally, think the new groups look great, but we are plagued with some major issues and we want to be part of the solution. For example 20 days ago we reported that you can't delete members anymore or messages. That is on page 1 of hot topics on the feedback forum with over 800 votes now and still no resolution. Currently we are seeing very messed up activity logs in large groups. There is no where in the contact customer care steps that would let me pull up an envelope to report this so i had to reply to the previous issue i'd reported ( the delete bug). Hoping it reached the engineers as i sent source codes and screenshots from my groups and from another 6000 member group I work with a lot. We want to be helpful so we all benefit from the great product that groups can be when it works well. Please give group owners easy routes to communicate wit

    Yahoo Groups wants everyone to utilize the 'Community' forums, as you are doing right now. They do not want to be boggled down with answering emails anymore. There is no longer an option to contact them directly unless you are having issues accessing your email account. Then, you can contact them via phone.

    I agree that there needs to be a better way to report bugs and issues. I know that some group owners can be pains, but many of us aren't and are unable to get the help that we need. I'm having the delete issue with files/links/photos and can't get help anyplace!! I go to the help page, but there is no help there for this bug or issue. It sends me here. There's many questions about this very issue, but there's no answers or help any where to be found.

    So I suggest that Echo take a look around and try to find some help for us. Some of us have done everything that we can do in our power and followed all the "rules". We deserve a little help!!

    Sorry that I don't have an answer for you, but I need a customer care form myself. I also need my deletion issue fixed and Echo doesn't seem to understand that. Good luck!!

    Hi,

    I'm not sure where 'Eevie' is getting her information but we still have email support. However, its only for specific issues like major errors and issues that customer's cannot fix themselves. Choosing 'my issue does not appear on this list' will never result in the email form as that indicates your reporting a non-supported issue. This is generic and I personally have been pushing for a change in this as it puts customer's like you in a sort of 'black hole' of support.

    Since you did not explain what exactly the issue is, I can't provide you with a guide to contact support other than using the 'Contact us for Product Issues' link that appears on our help pages here:

    Lastly the 'feedback forum' is not the best place to report bugs. I'm sure you've noticed but their are thousands of relevant and not relevant posts there so we're still sorting through what's valid and what isn't. Not only that but most people post anonymously with no specific details about the issue other than there is one. We can't do much about issues when they are vaguely described and no group name or email address is provided.

    I see you posted another question so hopefully that has details I can use to help you resolve this issue.
