If you have someone in your family who paints their nails will almost surely have nail polish remover. That can help remove the white-out. Put some remover on a cotton ball or kleenex and dab at the white-out. You may ultimately need to pick it off little by little. Your nipples can be quite tender, as you have probably already discovered, so make sure you remove the stuff gently.
