I have a very very big noticeable pimple right in the middle of my left cheek. PLEASE HELP ME!?

Hi so i have a huge huge noticeable pimple BAM right in the middle of my cheek.

I know your like ''oh my god its a pimple it will go away'' But its really ugly and i can't go in public with it!! :( Its so ugly! It looks like this but even bigger http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UNUmbzhip9E/USTERlvYRGI/...

Like 20 times bigger and its on the apple of my cheek, I'd be happier if it was on my forehead or something!! Please help me!! School starts in like a few weeks for me!!!!! I really need it gone. Its also dry and feels like you have a pimple but it feels stiff and it feels like have something crumbled up in a ball on your face.

    Dude just pop it. At least when its popped you can say its a bug bite or something but when you see the white people know its a pimple. Pop it and clean your face every day.
