I know I'll be watching the second seasons of Gin no Saji, Saki, and Chuunibyou, the newest Pretty Cure, and the new Sailor Moon series (if it actually airs this time, which looks doubtful), but as far as totally "new" stuff, Inari Konkon Koi Iroha, Space Dandy, the Tonari no Seki-kun shorts, and probably Noragami, are the only ones I know I'll be watching for sure. I was really looking forward to Pupa too, until it was confirmed that the episodes are only going to be 5 minutes long. Now I'm not sure they'll be able to do much with it. There's around a dozen others I'm considering picking up too, but those are all very much "maybes," just depending on how I feel about the first 1-2 episodes. In the end, I'll probably pick up at least 3-5 of those.
It basically looks like a typical winter season, which is usually the weakest of the year, so I'm not surprised there's not much I can get excited about.

Right now everything look pretty bad compared to the Fall season... Seriously there was so many awesome anime like Outbreak company or Ore no Nounai Sentakushi ga, Gakuen Love Comedy wo Zenryoku de Jama Shiteiru... I wish these could get a second season... The only thing i might watch is the SAO special episode. At least Log Horizon will be 25 episodes, enough to go through all winter season.

I know there's more anime to watch (2013 was a good year for anime to be honest, and this year isn't really starting well), but the only one I'm eagerly waiting for is Kagerou Project!
I've been a fan of Kagerou Project since it came out as a song series, created by a Vocaloid composer, Jin.(the art style of it is my favorite)
There's a manga for it too, which came out after some of the songs arrived.
Kagerou Project is a very interesting and amazing series, as well as the characters are also developed at a point.
I think the series will be recognized more when the anime come out because the series is seriously eye-captivating, and somewhat a confusing plot but who cares, those make everything more alluring and harder to pull away.
It has comedy and romance but aside from those, tragedy, action and supernatural. > u < All my favorite mixed in.
I think you should give it a try (comes out in April) when it comes out, or maybe start reading the manga or listening to the songs? The music is my favorite part of the series.

I was slightly disappointed in the anime line up this winter. As usual, I'll be checking out all the anime, at least until episode 5. If by episode 5 it doesn't grab my attention, I'll stop watching. If it does get my attention, I'll continue on. Ones that I have high hopes for are
Magical Warfare
Wake Up, Girls!
No-Rin
Noragami
Toaru Hikūshi e no Koiuta
Pupa
Those are ones that look like they have good animation and decent storylines but we'll see, ennit.

My only plans are watching Berserk since I've only read the manga and I'm in the midst of re-watching Rurouni Kenshin again. Also, looking forward to Pupa
