Chocolate with worms EWW.?

So around 1 month ago, my grandmother came back from her yearly trip to our country Ecuador. And she brought me some chocolates which are very popular called "Jet" their website is "chocolatesjet.com" it was like a 50 pack in a somewhat medium sized box, and each bar individually wrapped. Ok, so I immediately eat like 3-4 they were very small so that 3-4 is about the size of a hersheys bar, well after about 2 weeks, I give them out to my friends and family, because I didn't like the taste of it much. And today I decided to have 1 and I opened it and I felt that a piece of the chocolate was missing completely. I look at it and it looks as if it had been eaten or scraped off with something, and I see a freaking worm moving around. Before I ate my first chocolates I realized it was dry like instead of the bar being brown it was ashy dryish. But I didn't think much of it, and there was like little balls of broken chocolate rolling around the wrapper, but it was worm ****. and I freaking see a worm now and I think I must've ate that nasty **** too, I don't know what to do, I just now realize this chocolate is garbage and has worms, what should I do, I have tingly sensations and I've been scratching my face and ears and arms because I feel like there inside me and reproducing, and **** HELP PLS.
