sitting under park trees,
playing checkers on concrete tables,
flirting with girls in billowy dresses
passing by, they wave and flirt
hoping for an errant breeze

I like it. It has an underlying sensuality to it. The only thing is that it keeps you wondering who the tease is, the girls or the old men. Maybe you wrote it like that on purpose ;).
