During birth is it possible the unborn could develop autism by cord wrapped around neck?
Could it be possible during labor/birth an unborn child born with the cord wrapped around the head could wind up with sysmptoms of autism?

I do not believe so, I believe autism is developed in the womb or something can happen during child birth where a blood vessel can pop in an area of the brain causing problems later on. But I have never heard of the reason for autism being the chord wrapped around the child's neck.

I don't think so. When a cord is wrapped around their neck usually it's cut off pretty quick and they get laid under a light for about 5-10 mins, just to get back on track...enough oxygen isn't lost during that time to do a lot of harm...or develop anything.
