The reason may be that you have the CD game already scratched.,,, And if the CD game was scratched so the game will not perform normally.,,, And that is because the game may be skipped automatically when playing it.,,, The game will be stuck when loading the game.,,, Or the game can't be played at all because the installation process is failed.,,, So i prefer to suggest to buy a new CD games.,,, But this times make sure that CD games was not scratched before you buy it.,,,
