Stop worrying about an orgasm and enjoy the sex. Does she like sex? Sex is a bonding and enjoyable activity for couples and it's not about an orgasm. It's about having a nice, physical experience with our partner.
Does she get off when she masturbates alone? If so she is not relaxed enough with sex to have an orgasm. The longer you're together and the more sex you have, the more at ease she will be. It will happen sooner or later if you change your focus! Just make each other feel good.
