This morning I bent over to clean the cats litter box and almost passed out. No doctors on Sunday but can anyone tell me why this happened?

When you bend over parts of your body are squeezed if done quickly then it is possible that the sudden drop in blood pressure could result in light headedness basically the opposite of a head rush where the same thing occurs but from a rush of blood to the brain.
