how will amnesty help the economy???

It's total economic disaster, probably economic collapse. Illegal aliens already cost Americans over a TRILLION dollars a year, and have every year since at least 2002. Their costs are expected to at least triple during the first year of any "amnesty."

It's only about votes for Democrats - aka Demonrats, Dimmicrats, etc. Protest to your Senators and representatives! Very loudly. Include the data in your letters and emails.

I really do not know who educates you guys, if your actually truly brainwashed by the media or the total and utterly insane conspiracy theorists.

First some FACTS. There will always be a SET number of JOBS. This can only grow if:

You increase any population

You invent new and viable business ideas

You increase customer demand

To be rich you need poor, to be extremely rich you need destitute.

It costs the economy and YOU the tax dollar payer 100x MORE to chase 1 single immigrant than it does to amnesty them, give them a SSI and tax them.

The last time a country banned immigration - it collapsed, and we all know what happened to Germany during WW2. Yup Germany banned all immigration and its economy collapsed completely within months.

As any business would tell you - you only make a profit when goods and customers keep on moving, you go broke as soon as either stop.

Simply put.. it won't.

As soon as we reward this group for breaking our laws they'll be immediately replaced by the next group of criminal immigrants showing up to do the jobs the last batch of criminal immigrants had. We'll be left with tens of millions of uneducated, unskilled workers who will spend the rest of their lives mooching off the American tax payer.

And even if we magically prevented this next wave of criminal immigrants, we'd see nothing but harm from rewarded the current batch. They're almost exclusively uneducated, unskilled labor. That type of worker doesn't demand a high enough salary to pay a net positive income tax. They'd almost all end up in the group which gets more back from the federal government than they pay in. The federal government would have to take more from the rest of us to pay for them. That's always a bad thing for any economy.

It puts illegal immigrants above the table, where they can be paid fair wages as well as pay taxes to help fund programs like Medicaid, Medicare, and SSI. They become open consumers of our goods and services, growing consumer demand and promoting economic growth to meet that demand. The illegal immigrants who become legal won't be fighting for jobs since they already have jobs, for which they are being paid under the table. That's why the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office predicts more economic growth and lower budget deficits with amnesty than without.

It isn't supposed to. The LIM intends to destroy America. A country without borders in not a country. It is also part of overwhelming the system e.g. health care which they will all be eligible for.
