You joined in Sept 2007 and this is the first time this has happened to you? You must be one of the nicest people on this site. I really only became active a few months ago and I've already had three people tell me they were blocking me, but I couldn't say how many have done so without mentioning it.

Really dude, did you consider, and you should IF you've technically been here since 2007, that the person who asked the question has more report monkeys on his back than any other users I know of, except maybe Occulty. . . so maybe his rampant blocking is a form of self-preservation and not a personal slight.

My account blocks people on a regular basis --- without me knowing it. --It's a glitch,,, It usually blocks people on other sections of Yahoo. If my account ever blocks you - its a glitch and find a way to let me know and I will manually remove the block.
