Does the USA really still need millions of jobs created to put everyone who wants a job back to work?

Yes - there ais still 7% of the workforce reported as out of work. However, this is an undercount since these are people actively looking for work. There are a few more million people who are not included in this number - these are people who would like to work, but are "discouraged" and no longer looking for work. Historically speaking, as the unemployment rate drops, these people come back into the workforce and return to actively seeking work, thus increasing the number of unemployed people.

    Yes and no.

Honestly, anyone who is unemployed and looking for work can easily get a job.

The problem is, these jobs are minimum wage jobs - which is different per state but normally runs around $7/h.

The average american needs a job that pays at least $16 an hour to survive, more than double minimum wage, and that is with potential government aid.

If you get fired/laid off from your job and you were being paid $20+ an hour, why would you want a job that pays $9.75 an hour? How will that pay off your current bills? This can go on.

What America needs are better paying jobs.

Absolutely. Around 20 million people either not working or working part time want a full time job. Don't know what planet you are on.
