Might be losing hair due to stress...help!!?

This time in my life is very difficult and stressful...I feel like my hair is getting thinner and thinner. My hair is naturally thin but when I wash my hair (every other day or two days) i get quite a few strands of hair.. Maybe about 15-20 strands. My hair is long and I have my hair up most of the time so maybe that could be why my hair falls out cause I have it up a lot but idk maybe I'm paranoid. But if you could, do you have any suggestions how to thicken my hair? Thank you:)

Wash your hair every other day at most. Washing it too often can dry out your hair and cause breakage. Be gentle with your scalp. Use brushes and combs with rounded tips so as not to scratch your scalp. Do not pull your hair to tight when wearing it up, like in a ponytail. This can cause too much stress on already fragile hair roots.

  • Have u tried changing shampoos? Maybee that's the issue... from experience; when I'm stressed my hair falls a lot. I noticed that when I relax and don't let the stress get to me, the hair falling stops. Try different shampoos, and I know there are some vitamins that specifically target hair.
