What could this be? Please help?

I fell asleep in class today. It's like I was awake and aware of what was happening but I couldn't move a muscle, it scared me! Enough that I came home! I fell asleep again, and the same thing just happened! Please help! I'm scared.

Sounds like you are stressed out or you don't get enough sleep at night. I had the same problem before and i took a hot shower to relax the muscles and try sleeping again. Drink some hot chocolate. It helped me ! At least you should try it :)

    Good luck xxxx

Don't listen to Goey. This is a very common phenomenon know as sleep paralysis and is almost always harmless. It caused by a disruption in the REM stage of sleep.
