You know sarthak , my boyfriend was shorter than me and he used to hate that SOOO much .. I didn't care at all
And now he's taller than me , so what I'm saying is she wouldn't care plus you'll get taller eventually

It all depends if she likes you or not.
Approach her. Try to befriend her, like you would do normally. Just ask about her, be a good listener.
If she's not sustaining the conversation, you got REJECTED, otherwise very well, continue in friend mode for a month or 20 days.
Since you're shorter than her, she wont be seeing you as a date, and it's unlikely she will be hostile to you.
