immigration help! filing for U.S papers?

I am so confused as in what to do!! I am married to an american citizen and we are attempting to file for my papers. I have the following forms:

I-130

I-485

I-864

G-325a

I-693

I-765

I-131

I can't figure out the fees for each of these and the total for everything. If you can tell me all the other things I have to send along with this as well to help that'll be great! Please only serious replies. Thank you!

Oh I'm here on a b1/b2 visa

Looks good, but you'll need two G-325a forms, one for you and one for your spouse.

The total cost is $1,490, because the I-131 and the I-765 are free if filed concurrently with the AoS package, which is what you are doing and need to do.

If you would like more help with supporting documents, go to http://www.visajourney.com/ and read the AoS guide or ask on of their forum members.

You are too confuse, let me ask you couple questions. Are you living in the U.S with your spouse or you are in a foreign country ? Did you immigrate to the U.S illegally ?

Bottom line, a U.S citizen can file i-130 for spouse, along with G-325a( one for each). The current fee for the -130 is $420. Do not bother with all other forms as of now, all you need to do is file i-130 and G-325a. You need to show proof of marriage.. The following documents are needed.

    a. Birth certificate , unexpired passport or neutralization to establish citizenship.

    b. Marriage certificate

    c. Passport style photos for both of you

    d. Proofs of marriage, this could be child birth certificate, rental contract or joint bank account.

Source(s): I sent an i-130 application of behalf of my wife, I'm a U.S citizen.

You need to make a exit from the US return to your Country then your US Citizen Spouse files for a Marriage Visa for you to return.
