Tender hard lump on thigh?
It's hard like a lump, it's about 3-4 inches away from where my spider veins make a "knot". It only hurts if I touch it and the spot isn't red or anything it's just hard. What is this and should I go see a doctor

Probably a sebaceous cyst which means the sweat glands have become infected in that area. However, it could be an infected lymph node which is a little more serious, but it is not life threatening.
