Is my eyesight decline normal?

I am a 21 year old male. I have always had very good eyesight(I was told I had exceptional eyesight, never had glasses or anything), but recently(the past few months) I notice that the eyesight in my right eye has gotten worse. My left eye is still perfectly fine. Things I can see clearly with my left eye, are a bit blurrier with my right. Is this normal? Will my left eye also worsen soon? My parents wear reading glasses, but that is about it.
